Hi Everyone,
I am new to this forum, so I would appreciate any help that people can provide. So I took a practice GMAT about a month ago and got a 410. I had about 10 questions left in the math section that I did not finish because I ran out of time and the library was closing so I had about 45 minutes left to complete the Verbal and didnt get a chance to finish it so my score was a 410. I have not taken a practice test since then but I bought the Official Guide Review, Verbal and Quantitative. I completed the Verbal and Quantitative Review and took the diagnostic exam in the Review Ed. 12. I scored Average in DS and Word Problems and above average in Reading Comp, and was 1 question away from Above average in Critical Reasoning and Sentence Correction. I was wondering if someone could recommend some books so that I can improve my quantitative skills to the level of excellent and also focus on my verbal skills so that they are in the excellent section.
Also, how accurate is that diagnostic test? Is it safe to assume if I took the exam right now that I'd score about average based on that? Thanks for your attention!
