Hello everyone

I will go out on a limb here and propose July 21st as the day and Chicago as the location. I liked Lepium's idea of choosing Chicago as a meet location so that it will be easier for all of us. I hope this does not cause inconvenience to many. I really hope all of you can make it.

If we do not get a good response, let us reconsider the time and location.
Please send me a message confirming your participation.

Tentatively, lets plan so that we meet around 11 am. Not to emphasize this too much, but GMAT Club will provide up to $1500 of the total expenses. If there are 30 of us, not sure how we want to do this, but we can rent some Suburbans or the like. :shock: I hope that GMAT Club can pay for a nice lunch and if possible, dinner.

If this goes well, we would really like to turn this into a regular event in the future.

My brief planned itinerary..

Arrive -- Chicago (Midway) -- 10.15 am

Depart -- Chicago (Midway) 8.10 pm


Doesnt seem like a lot of time.. Will think about leaving next day.

Let me know what you guys plan to do.

Praet, thanks for keeping this going.

Unluckily, I won't be able to make it. I can make it either within June or between August 15th - 31st. I know it's not that easy to accomodate all internationals and visas and stuff, and I think the date is a good compromise for both early starters and late starters.

Have a good one and make sure you share the pictures!

I am with Lepium, who I am fortunate enough to have met. Given my base and other things, I can't make it.

I am really keen to see this happen, it should be a great event.

If i'm in town i will definately make it.... Rhyme can you email me.. i totally get like no chance to check this because of school but it would be great if you could keep me in the loop :)... i assume it would be meeting in the city... i hope!!!

I should be in Chicago only around that time. And I would have received my INSEAD results also by then. If I get in, I will join the party. May be even if I don't get in, I will still join.:)
