I think this question is wrong in m13. Can anybody please elaborate.

if x=20 which is divisible by 10. then 20^20 = 400 and its hundreth digit is 4 not 0. I selected option E.

If x is a positive integer, what is the hundreds digit of x^x ?

x is divisible by 10.
x is even.
Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but Statement (2) ALONE is not sufficient
Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but Statement (1) ALONE is not sufficient
BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient
EACH statement ALONE is sufficient
Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient
Statement (1) by itself is sufficient. The hundreds digit of will be 0.

Statement (1) by itself is insufficient. The hundreds digit of cannot be determined.

The correct answer is A.

Probably not.
(And I also took the announcement down.)

My guess is that next open date will be Feb 14th :-)

January 18th is MLK Day, a national holiday. I would get a lot of benefit out of access that weekend

I tried a test (m01) on Jan 2nd. Got 28 correct and 9 wrong. As a user pointed out, there were many traps and I fell for a few :). Very interesting test. Kudos to BB and others who helped create those tests!

Access to the tests on Jan 18th (MLK) would be awesome. I plan to take a verbal and quant test again. BTW, this 'holiday access program' is proving out to be a great advertisement to this forum.

Thx.

Thanks. I have not seen anyone promoting it outside of GMAT Club - I would hope this would add some value.

Sure, let's go for MLK - Monday the 18th.

Great news. Thanks BB.

BTW, I am posting info about these tests and about the 'holiday access' to get a sneak preview of the tests on my blog. Will do my bit to promote it at work :)

Thx.
