Hi
bambinobirbanteTo answer your concern, comparing two different test series is probably not the best utilization of your time.
It’s not a like-for-like comparison. The two mock test series could be very different in terms of difficulty (one may be harder/easier than the other) and even quality of questions. For all you know, a V35 in that
GMAT Club test could be equal to, higher than, or much lower than a V40 in an official mock.
Because an official mock is closest to the actual exam, there’s a good chance that your current actual GMAT score lies within 10-20 points of your official mock scores. So, stick to your Official Mock as a measure of your test readiness.
Finally, I think a better utilization of your time is to analyze your Verbal sub-sections (SC, CR and RC), identify if there are any gaps, and then do the required course-corrections. To take a deep-dive into your Verbal abilities, you can take a free
SIGma-X mock test in the e-GMAT free trial course.
It comes with an ESR analysis like the official Enhanced Score Report. Here is the link. The SIGma-X mock will provide a sub-sectional measure of your abilities in percentiles, not just accuracies. This would give you more clarity to
- Identify your strong/weak sub-sections
- Prepare an improvement plan for weaker sub-sections.
This article would provide you more details on the ability insights provided by the SIGma-X mocks.
Hope this helps.
