Guys,
I have taken my second Gmat test last week and totally dippressed with my very low score of 430, q31v19 (first with 360 q30, v12, 4 months back). I had put lot more effort to improve my scores in the second test, unfortunately, looks like nothing has worked out.
I have taken 4
Manhattan Gmat tests under the same test conditions and below are my scores.
MGMAT1 530
MGMAT2 580
MGMAT3 590
MGMAT4 540
Gmnat prep:590 (q37 v 34)
Almost in all my tests my Quant scores were in the range of 39-44 and verbal scores were between 23-31. I still cannot belive how I got an offical quant score of just 31.
My prep meterials in brief:
Quant: Manhattan guides for concepts
Official guides, particularly I have completed the last 100 problems in OG twice or thrice to get the format used ti me.
Verbal:
SC: Manhattan sc guide and aristottle guide
CR: Powerscore, Manhattan LSAT, ManhattanGMAT guides
RC: followed GMAT club tips and free downloadable meterials such as 117 gmat passages.
RC found difficult to improve and followed reading from WSJ and Scientific american and at the end started reading fiction novels. But was too late to follow that stategy.
I had put around 6-7 hours daily full time for almost 3-4 months leaving my job and I feel I am the dump of all
And one more thing, I found gmat test rather difficult than Manhattan and Gmat prep tests, Is it really the case? The first Quant question was like a 700+ question I got compared to Manhattan Practice tests. The verbal tests CR and RC was not even able to understand while reading, but SC, I found similar to OG Practice.Even
