Anyone knows a library/study place which is open till late night? ?

Not that I particularly know off - the libraries here close by 2030 hours.
I choose to study either in my office after office hours, or at the 2 Jumeirah Starbucks, or City-walk Starbucks or the DIFC Starbucks, these cafes (other than DIFC) close at about 0030 hours. I particularly like the Jumeirah starbucks because both have second levels where you'll easily find others who come there specifically to study. On the contrary, the City-walk starbucks has free unlimited, uninterrupted internet, and the DIFC starbucks is so quite and deserted by the evening that its just the perfect place to concentrate.
There is no other quite place that I know of that is open till late.
