Hi Scott,
GMAC mentioned that it is not up to them to resolve this matter, thus they directed me to PearsonVUE.
PearsonVUE did check on my ticket number that was raised at the in person centre, but found nothing wrong with my exam.
I’m quite confused with the outcome actually, because I’m 100% confident that the information graph did not appear at all. Additionally, there were others on reddit/other forums mentioning about this graph error too.
I requested PearsonVUE to check it through again because I’m dead sure that there was something wrong after all… so I’m currently awaiting a response on my 2nd request but it doesn’t look too good.
I’m kinda distraught by this whole process and instead may just move over to GRE
