How many Questions and marks per question are there there in GMAT exam.
What is the exact break out of no. of questions Subject wise?

yogi02 - I think you mean breakdown, but if I were posting in a non-English forum, I imagine I would have more trouble than that. I believe that you are asking about how many of each question type you are likely to see in each section on the GMAT™. That information is as follows:
Verbal - 36 questions
Reading Comprehension (RC) - 13-14 questions among four passages (typically 3 medium-length passages with 3 questions apiece and one longer passage with 4 questions)
Sentence Correction (SC) - 12-13 questions
Critical Reasoning (CR) - 9-10 questions
Quant - 30 questions
Problem Solving (PS) - 16-18 questions
Data Sufficiency (DS) - 12-14 questions
If you were looking for more specific info than that (e.g., the approximate percentage of questions that might deal with geometry), then I would suggest typing your inquiry into the search box on this site or even Google.
