So, I am the kind of person who has always overestimated his abilities, it could have been the same with GMAT if not for friends and family, who reigned me in at the perfect time. I started early, had ample of time to prepare and thus could score 760 on the d-day. Would really like to thank gmat club because of the tremendous support it has been.

I started my prep with the Diagnostic test given at the beginning of the
OG, it gave me a rough idea of where I stood. After which I solved the
OG Guide end to end.
I maintained an
error log, where I entered accuracy of each session and the types of mistakes I made.
After completing the
OG, I analysed the kind of mistakes I was making, focused on those chapters from the extra resources mentioned and started Quant Review and Verbal Review. It was back and forth for increasing accuracy.
I did all this in the first month.
The second month was purely test taking, I bought 15 paid tests from EG, solved one every two days, the day I gave the mock I would sit and understand where did I go wrong, the second day, I would solve multiple problems from those chapters. Mind you I took the test as close to real conditions as possible.
This was it. I will be giving GMAT on 26th June too.
