Thank you for the wonderful debrief with the suggested tips. It would be interesting to know what books you used apart from the tests for preparation.

Congratulations and it was a great help reading your post. I am about to embark on my GMAT prep and will follow the points that you mentioned so I get into a good habit from the beginning, rather than try to fix it later...

If possible, can you help me out by replying to my post at:

Hi,

Congrats on a wonderful score!
I am no way near to scoring such a stellar grade, however I will be happy if I get up to 680+ range. My main issue is: Timing.
Any suggestions on how to improve on timing?? I can answer a question in 3min which is obviously not going to get me anywhere during the real GMAT.
Got a stop watch and I'm trying to time myself. But what do you do when you get kind of panick during a CAT/real exam? Then I guess randomly and ruin my score very well.

I agree with your suggestion of reading the entire RC passage. I tried the short cut and it does not work. I would say to other GMAT aspirants to spend the time to read the passage "calmly" and in a "focussed way" and then answering questions will be easier and would take less time.
Yes, while reading you'll feel like the time drill machine is putting holes in your brain.... lol... but thats the only way to do it.

Again, your score is awesome. Just reading about how well others score makes me feel happy and keeps me excited towards improving myself.
Good luck. Amber
