So I took my gmat on 24 oct 2020. I had prepared well . So let me get to the point right away .
Exam time : 10:15am
I logged in at 9:45am . Ran the system test , everything was fine . At about 10:18am the proctor came online and told me that my audio wasn't working and that i have yo restart the bower. So i did that . And waited for 10 mins then 20mins and by the time my test started it was 11am . So at this point I’m sitting at my desk for roughly and hour (as per the schedule i should be towards the end of my quants section) . Anyways so at 11am I started my quants section , it was going really well, and when i was answering the 21st question the exam software gave me a message saying “NO INTERNET” . Ok tbh I was completely shocked ok , and i didn't know what to do. Also the pressure in my bladder was building up as I’d trained myself to sit for 2hours undisturbed and my test was an hour late , hence the pressure.
I really didn't know what to do i was a bit stressed at first , i tried calling the proctor but the proctor didn't come . And the no internet message was still being displayed . I waited for 30mins just trying to call the proctor via the chat window in the Pearson software then i wrote a message on the online white board saying , my test has stopped and I’m unable to do anything and please help me. Even after all this there was no response as the Pearson bower hadn’t detected my Internet. So i just wait . And waited and waited . So i waited for another 1hr and 40 mins and then i couldn't wait any longer not because i was impatient but because my bladder was about to explode.{note: during the entire time i was being recorded by the Pearson software and i was seated infront of the camera and was looking into the camera ie i was sitting infront of the camera from 9:45am till 1pm (approx 3hours)}.
So after 3 hours of starting the test and getting stuck because of the internet issue I decided to press CTRL+ALT+DEL and guess what i got a pop up on the pearson software saying "ctrl=alt=del was detected and the browser would close". i waited for a while and the browser closed and immediately i got a notification that my exam would be relaunched and the proctor would start the exam for me. I was happy and under pressure ,literally . To my surprise the exam started at question no 21 in the quant section exactly where the issue had occured. The proctor came up and asked me to show me my desk i showed and he told me to continue . I blazed through the quant section , however , before submitting the last question i had around 10 mins left . I opened the proctors chat and ask him if i could go and use the restroom as its been 3 hours and 40 mins since i began the test and about an hour and a half since the issue occured. And as expected the proctor denied and i had to continue the exam with a ticking time bomb in my bladder. I submitted the quants section after two minutes. Got myself together and started with the verbal section .Swear to God i've never answered such a verbal question in such conditions ever in my entire span of preparation. i missed the last question cause i ran outta time and couldnt even mark a random .
Once the verbal section ended showed the proctor the white board and ran outta my spot to use the washroom. I peed for the next two mins .

. came to my desk had a glass of water and began the IR section. I was exhausted by the end of IR .
And finally my exam session ended . After 5 long hours approximately.
i was damn hungry and exhausted and surprised and in a dilemma .
I wasnt sure that I'd recieve my scores as there was a huger gap in continuity of the test but guess what i recieved the scores just today.
SCORE
Q49
V31
IR6
how do i feel about my score you ask?
I'm happy with quants and IR . Verbal was answered under extraordinary circumstances and also with a lot of pressure(ifykwim). So i think verbal could've been better another 4 points atleast. but yeah this was my experiences. I will be retaking the test soon.
Experts kindly give your views on: how u should prepare for the retest. (two weeks from now)

GMATNinjaMORAL : No matter what happens don't move away from your desk cause according to me the pearson software has a recording mechanism even when offlien . So do not move away look into the camera and don't look away from the screen for too long. wait for a while before pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL otherwise the exam might be revoked. Basically , follow the gmac policies regardless of whether you're online or offline during the test.
