Hello everyone!

I have recently taken GMAT FE, and my overall score and percentiles are just terrible, 535 overall score.

I got 15/21 correct in Q - 78, 52nd percentile.

14/23 correct in V - 78, 42nd percentile.

12/20 correct in DI - 74, 45th percentile.

I was just wondering, how can I improve my score, and what should I do?

Somehow in my mock tests I got less correct answers in each section and scored 555 and 565.

Or should I attempt taking classical GMAT or GRE?

I can, of course, try decreasing the number of mistakes - to 4 incorrect in Q, 7 incorrect in V and maybe 6-7 incorrect in DI, but I am afraid it won't significantly improve my score.

Identify your weak are and focus on them.

It seems like switching to the classic GMAT might not be the best strategy since both the classic and new GMAT test the same fundamentals. It sounds like you could benefit from investing more time in understanding the basics of each section first. Building a strong conceptual foundation is crucial. Once you've got a good grasp of the fundamentals, then you can move on to targeted practice with questions of varying difficulty levels. So, before diving into more practice tests, really focus on building those core concepts.
