Hello Folks,
Recently gave the GMAT focus (2nd attempt. In 2022 gave the classic GMAT exam and got 720). Got the following score -
Total Score - 715 (99th percentile)
QA - 88/90 (95th percentile)
VR - 85/90 (96th percentile)
DI - 84/90 (98th percentile)
Just wanted to get your opinion on whether this would be considered a good enough score for M7 and T15 in totality.
As far as prep is concerned, TTP helped me a great deal in clearing my concepts and I used their question banks as mini quiz capsules which helped me with time management. Later, I attempted the official mock exams. One key observation is that the number of questions I answered incorrectly in DI and VR was higher as compared to mock attempts, but still, the percentile didn't dip by how it would have been in the mocks. Perhaps it's coz of the adaptive nature of the exam.
Seeking your guidance on how I should move forward with the application process. I have managerial work experience and from the beginning have led teams in different areas spanning across Compensation, Performance Management, Change Management and have worked on automation projects across 2 organisations. Currently working in Unilever.

That's equivalent to 760 on classic so I'd say it's a phenomenal score. Could you please share what was the difference in difficulty level for you in the official mocks vs actual exam?

Hi,
I found the difficulty level almost similar. Quant in the real paper was relatively simple. Found DI and VR at par with mock paper questions. In VR, the options seemed a bit closer which took some time. However, the passages were similar in their difficulty of understanding as compared to that of mock ones.
