Market is changing frequently and so is technology. Today cloud/AWS is hot cake but tomorrow we don't know what will come in our way. Few years ago data stage and informatica skills were rare and expensive skills but now I don't see many companies asking for data stage resources. If you are following market closely, you will see Pandemic has drastically disrupted trends. Companies are getting rid of traditional managers, BRMS and client partners. Agile has removed people management dependency. Companies are more moving towards technology oriented people, who have both knowledge and understanding about Business and technology. Yeah, if you don't want to work in silence, MBA in tech will be a good option.
