Got ya. Sorry about that. You may need to get your English Understanding up somewhat - that should be one track.
You can start working on the quant at the same time - get MGMAT Math Foundations. Get MGMAT Verbal foundations too

You definitely want to learn ALL quant vocab that you encounter. Verbal vocab is not as important but if you encounter the same word a few times, you should learn it.

I think it would be very helpful but not with the scores you have.
MGMAT courses come in with the assumption that you have a 500 and you are looking for 700+. In your case, you would benefit quite a bit more from doing some ground work with the 2 books and then choose to take the course afterwards (in a month or two perhaps). You can also choose to do a tutoring option (may end up cheaper to have 5 1-hour sessions than taking a full course).
