Hi M838TE,
When you refer to questions that show 'two conditions', are you referring to Data Sufficiency questions? Do they look like the questions in this forum:
https://gmatclub.com/forum/data-sufficiency-ds-141/If so, then these ARE 5-answer multiple choice questions (and the 5 answers are always the SAME 5 answers). These prompts that are formatted in a specific way (and 'test' you on a number of skills that standard Problem Solving questions do not). The 5 answer choices to DS questions are:
A) Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient
B) Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient
C) Both statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient
D) EACH statement ALONE is sufficient
E) Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient
