Just finished another official practice exam, got a 710 on one a week ago and 680 just now. I'd say the 710 is a bit inflated because I did see 1-2 problems I'm pretty sure I've seen before.
680 breakdown = Q49 / V32
I consistently score from Q48-50, so I will brush up a bit on few quant topics beforehand.
However for Verbal, there is clearly room for improvement. My last exam I got a lot of SC and RC wrong. Any ideas to help boost my score 20-40 points in this time frame? I am doing many official problems and trying to review, any advice appreciated.

For your verbal side, I'd suggest balancing your continued practice in all three areas (especially SC and RC since you've identified them as your weak spots) with a real focus on improving your in-test process.
With verbal questions (just like quant), a lot of the work gets done by what you do before you start focusing on picking the right answer choices. In SC that means, eliminating answer choices by scanning for 'change points' and selecting which answers have clear errors in them. That way you're focusing on 2 or 3 answers for final comparison rather than all 5. Similarly with RC, how you manage your detailed read through is critical -- focusing on the core questions that repeat across most RC passages is critical. The rest can be answered by quick skim-backs to the passage looking for keywords.
These are just a few examples of process changes that can be done in a weeks time rather than months. I'm happy to discuss further if you provide more specifics and I can use some diagnostic questions to spot key shortcomings in your verbal in-test processes. Please message me if interested in more specific guidance.
