When you say pad, is it just one sheet, or 5? Thanks for the info!

It's about 6? sheets of double-sided laminated paper bound into one pad. The sheets are longer than normal sheets, around 8"x14". One word of caution is the ink smudges really easily since it's dry erase. Some find this annoying but if you're the type that doesn't care then no worries!

Do not worry about the scratch paper. They usually provide the paper as soon as I raise your hand during the test.

As I've said, the proctors are minimum waged heartless people. Well, not all of them.

So, take control of the test. Do not "depend" on the proctor for a new notepad. Make do with what they give you. Doodle with the pen/marker before you go into the test. You just don't want to leave it to chance.

I, as well as others here, have had horrible experiences with proctors.

Create 4 imaginary quadrants. If you're a righty, use quadrant 2, then 1. Then move down to quadrant 3, then 4. You'll get less crap on your hand, which is also inevitable.
