Well, for duttsit (and Laxie - she too should not be spared), I have a plan. We don't give him any answer choices. We ask him/her to fill it up! That would put us on even footing.
The value of 3458^2389 is ________.
Forgot to say, this is his/her 1st Q. If he/she answers this right, he/she'll get more high-end easy questions before we move on to medium and ...

From what I hear it's not getting harder, but the interface is changing a bit, and so are a few things for the administration, like getting dry erase boards instead of scratch paper.
