Your best resource will be the 11th edition of the OG. Don't rely on the 10th edition because it's a few years old and GMAT quant has gotten a lot harder. What you see on the GMATPrep tests now is pretty close to what you'll see on the real test.
Actually, if you purchase OG11, the new quant. review and the new verbal review, you should have all the questions that were in the OG10. The key difference is that the explanations are much better in the new materials. Also, the new materials have an answer key page. Whereas in the OG10 the answers are embedded in the explanations, which makes answer checking a little more cumbersome.
So can i assume its majorly cosmetic changes in OG11 (like answer lookup etc.) and the quality of questions is pretty much same? or in other words questions are same?

Yes, that's right. Note however, if you want to buy all the questions from the OG10 in the new format you not only have to buy the OG11, but you also need to purchase the new quant.review book as well as the new verbal review workbook.
