Hi - I just took the in-person GMAT again and didn't achieve my target score of 760. I had a 720 (Q48, V41). My current high score is 730 (Q48, V45). I have been studying since February and have tried various programs (
Manhattan Prep Self Study,
Magoosh, TTP). My practice exam (GMAT #1 re-take, 770 Q50, V45) last week was higher than my current score, so I decided to re-take it.
I have tried TTP,
Magoosh, and
Manhattan Prep Strategy Series. I have taken all 6 MGMATs and all 6 GMAT Official Practice Tests (1st one twice).
My current breakdown of practice tests can be found in my other post:
https://gmatclub.com/forum/looking-for- ... 62669.htmlI am thinking of giving the GMAT one more try in early October and was thinking about either the
Manhattan Prep Advanced Prep Course or Private Tutoring.
What are people's experiences with the
Manhattan Prep Advanced Course? Is it worthwhile with my current score? I understand that these are pricey options, but for me the value of a high score would outweigh the cost of either the course or ~10 tutoring lessons in the next month - let's say that cost isn't a factor if chances of a score improvement are high.
I don't think I will benefit from more content review. I am mainly looking for additional test-taking strategies (Finally figure out what I am doing wrong!) and identification of weak areas.
Thanks!
