Hi all,
I'm due to sit the GMAT next February, and I'm trying to figure out whether the non-question bank parts of the GMAT Official Guide 2020 and Quantitative / Verbal Review 2020 books are the same? I'm curious particularly about the ''Math Review'' section in the Quantitative Review book. Is the actual review material / theory & concepts identical to that found in the ''Math Review'' section of the Official Guide 2020? If so, would that also be the case when comparing the Verbal Review book to the Official Guide? Many thanks for your help!

Although both the options are official resources, questions are much standard in official guides, so it's a good idea to go through them carefully.

1. The books are different. (The questions are different. As to the concept review sections, I never read a word of it)
2. Do no use the math review in the OG. It is not designed to be helpful. It is more of a CYA “good enough to get 540” list. There are no strategies, tips or connection to the questions in the books.
3. Use another book or course.
