So I was taking my 1st official mock test from mba.com and in the midst of second section, next button stopped working and the timer was still on, I paused my exam and tried looking for FAQS on website, help chat, writing a mail etc. Inspite of trying multiple times, it wasn't working I closed the tab, did save for later and after restarting laptop, logged in again and it says system error, 
On the website there's also support icon, saying reach out to us and it takes to a blank page, I mean wth
If anyone can please help

Have you tried giving the folks at GMAC a call to discuss the issue?

Thanks ScottTargetTestPrep, I did try reaching out to them, system said as they're busy shall return call within 1 business day and asked me to either mail or submit certain details such as email id, phone number etc. on the call but there was no one on the line so I don't know how was I suppose to send the details on the call was it supposed to be normal text message
