So I was taking my 1st official mock test from mba.com and in the midst of second section, next button stopped working and the timer was still on, I paused my exam and tried looking for FAQS on website, help chat, writing a mail etc. Inspite of trying multiple times, it wasn't working I closed the tab, did save for later and after restarting laptop, logged in again and it says system error,

On the website there's also support icon, saying reach out to us and it takes to a blank page, I mean wth
If anyone can please help
