Hi,
I gave GMAT official mocks 3 and 4 last year in April. I see a new portal this time. Are the questions also changed? Is it worth taking these mocks for the second time?
Think repetition of questions might interfere with my score on these tests.

No the questions are the same.
Maybe purchase practice 5 and 6 instead.

Yep, there are only enough questions for 2 tests in the 3&4 question bank so you won't even see any new or different questions, which is kind of scary, annoying, and whatever other adjective you want to use 
Your other best bet for an objective test will be 5&6. They are on sale from the GMAC now by the way - you get 15% off until April 13th.
