What is the difference between GMAT Official Practice Questions, priced at $29.99, and the scratch code when I purchased OG 2020?
I supposed the scratch code for OG 2020 is not able to port over to my GMAT profile at MBA website?
Would GMAT Wiley website be able to provide an analysis of the questions that I have answered, like that MBA website is providing?

Wiley is just a online provider of the OG questions. You can practice the OG questions on wiley's website as you do on mba website. GMAT Official Practice Questions, priced at $29.99 are addl. set of questions that you can practice on mba website. It includes questions of all levels. Best part that i know is, one can use these addl. questions to take fake tests which are very useful.

GMAT Official Practice Questions and OG 2021 contain different set of questions that don't overlap each other.
If you want to, buy the latest GMAT Official Practice Question #2, which supposedly contains the LATEST retired, real exam questions. On the other hand, OG2020 provides you with 1000+ retired, real exam questions.
I supposed the scratch code for OG 2020 is not able to port over to my GMAT profile at MBA website?
I don't have the answer to this, but perhaps this is not an important issue. Both gmat wiley and mba.com are the official, gold standards of your gmat practice questions.

Gmat wiley contains answer explanations for each question. I don't think it gives a detailed (performance) analysis of your costum-made practice
