Having a lot of trouble accessing Exam 5 of the Official Prep. I completed the exam yesterday, and once I completed the test, I could see my score but then a pop up came up on my screen asking me to update to the newest platform software.
I refreshed the page, and now my exam is showing as "paused" and that I am in the middle of the IR section, even though I have completed the exam. I can still see my overall score and section scores, but it will not allow me to review any of the questions because its showing that I am still in the middle of my exam.
When I click “Resume Exam”, it shows me a blank, frozen page that I am not able to use. None of the buttons work.
I have tried contacting GMAC via email and calling. No reply. I have refreshed the page, used different browsers, used an incognito browser, cleared my cookies/cache and nothing works. I need this to work as my exam is four days away.
Does anyone have any helpful tips??

I faced the same problem, (Although at the beginning just after my first mock). I reset the test, then I could review my responses.

If you have a laptop, it may be worth trying on that.
