I was in the middle of practice exam 6 and it didn't let me proceed to the next question. I was in Quant which was the first section. I tried deleting my cookies/cache, tried it on Safari (bc I was originally using Chrome), restarted my computer, but nothing worked :( GMAC customer service number is only available M-F and Monday is a federal holiday in the States, so not sure when they'll get back to my email inquiry. To make things matters worse, none of the GMAC prep material, like the practice exams and question banks that I bought, aren't working - not even on my phone.

I'm taking the official exam online on Monday (in two days)... any tips on how to study or resolve this technical issue?

You can try connecting with customer care over chat box as well.. or else on any social media twitter IG they do reply on social handles promptly..

Oh crap. Sorry.

Sometimes the issues are related to the browser but if you even tried your phone, it should pretty much rule it out but if you have another browser, it’s a quick way to try it.

If you want fast support, try pinging GMAC on Twitter or social media. Surprisingly they are faster there.

If that does not fix it, let me know and I am happy to enable GMAT Club test for you for the next few days. However, don’t spend the weekend before your GMAT exhausting yourself. Also, GMAT Club tests are not official so while you’re getting good practice, you can also introduce more variables… but on the positive side these tests are adaptive and will give you a good practice. You can also buy the Manhattan tests which are highly respected.

The last 2 crazy ideas is to download 10 year old Gmat prep software that has old format with 36 Quant and 41 verbal questions and take that but only the free tests are available in that case.

And then finally, you can use for him quiz to build a test with 31 questions but it will not be adaptive…

Hi as BB mentioned you can try GC CAT test or else try mocks of any good test prep company like MGMAT , EXPERTS GLOBAL, Bloomberg ,Kaplan, they all give 1-2 CAT free...

Consider filtering for Official questions on gmatclub itself. If you have the Official-Guide, you can activate the online Wiley platform to create practice sets as well. All the best with your exam! If you're taking it Online, keeping a spare marker next to your eraser could come in handy.
