Sometimes the issues are related to the browser but if you even tried your phone, it should pretty much rule it out but if you have another browser, it’s a quick way to try it.
If you want fast support, try pinging GMAC on Twitter or social media. Surprisingly they are faster there.

GMAT Club test for you for the next few days. However, don’t spend the weekend before your GMAT exhausting yourself. Also,
GMAT Club tests are not official so while you’re getting good practice, you can also introduce more variables… but on the positive side these tests are adaptive and will give you a good practice. You can also buy the Manhattan tests which are highly respected.
The last 2 crazy ideas is to download 10 year old Gmat prep software that has old format with 36 Quant and 41 verbal questions and take that but only the free tests are available in that case.
And then finally, you can use for him quiz to build a test with 31 questions but it will not be adaptive…
