GMAT Official Score Card not received

Question

Hi folks,

I wrote my Online GMAT exam on 28 May'22, and it's been more than 50 days that I haven't yet received the official score card.

I've tried raising multiple requests through their 'contact us' page but always get automated mail responses. None of their customer care landline numbers are working. I even tried contacting their offices in other time zones, they also didn't respond.

Moreover, I'm running out of time with B School's application deadlines approaching nearer.

Guys, plz help me to reach to right official in this regard. Plz comment if anyone else also faced the same issue.

Yes, but I get automated mail responses. Even called them many times, no one picks up there.

Is there any other mail ID I can connect to?

50 days is a lot of time..
Did you get any mail stating that exam is under review ?
Try connecting with customer care via chat or call them ...

In many or most cases it does but some scores and exams get secondary reviews and a year ago it was not uncommon for the tests to get stuck for months 🥴

This has improved over the past year as communication got better but this is pretty terrible.

I am sorry. My suggestion is to ping them via social media. That seems to be getting faster results.

Hi  Anuj750 ,

Your mba.com account shows "STATUS" as "Score Reportable".  This is exactly as it should be .  There is  no  official score card that will be sent to you  (instead, "Print", followed by "Save as PDF").
