I just wanted to check whether GMAT official Guide is right resource to study as i found the Quant Questions( around 200+) quite elementry. Did these questioned come in past GMAT exams? Moreover Diagnostic questions are quite extensive in difficulty level.

I think the OG12 Verbal is very much in line with Real GMAT. Quant depends on how well you do on the test - the last 75 or so questions are going to give you a good practice. 150 Real GMAT tough questions are pretty good practice, I would say.
