Hi all,
I feel bad for not utilizing this forum to the fullest even though I had the chace
(I lost the printouts I took when I registered for the GMAT appointment. Thankfully, I have my GMAT-ID.
Can someone tell me how to take those prints again?)
My GMAT appointment is scheduled for this Friday morning. I wanted to take up the exam before the pattern changed. However, my preparation hasn't been up to the mark. The last time I took the GMATPrep test, I scored a mere 380. I was so disappointed, I just buried myself behind the books.
I haven't take one ever since. (Big mistake!!)
I am really scared about taking another mock test, but I'll take one tonight.
Can somebody please answer the following questions?
1. What are the essential documents I need to carry with me to the center?
2. Can I carry my own headphones to the exam center?
I know I am asking all these a bit too late and I'm sorry if this is a re-post, I'm very tensed about the exam so couldn't sit down to search the forum. I will be more disciplined in the forum as I will be retaking my GMAT in 4 months.

I happy to offer what help I can.
Man, my heart goes out to you. You are in a rough place --- it's good that you recognize your own role in creating this problematic situation, so you don't recreate it at some point in the future.
First of all:
1) ID needed at the test center ---
According to https://www.mba.com/the-gmat/test-day/pr ... ation.aspx, you will need one of the following:
a) Passport book
b) Government-issued driver’s license
c) Government-issued national/state/province identity card (including European ID card)
d) Military ID card
2) You can wear headphones or whatever electronic devices you want on your way to the center, but before they let you into the room, you will have to surrender all electronic devices. It's generally very very quiet in the test room, but I'm sure you could bring something like foam ear plugs if you wanted to cancel out all noise.
Finally, in an attempt to bolster your spirits, here are a few posts I wrote about attitude & emotionally orientation toward the GMAT.

Thank you Magoosh for your help. Just when I thought I wasn't gonna get any reply, you entered
I took GMATPrep Test - 2 this morning. I secured 480 (31 Q; 25 V); the review list then showed that I answered 17 incorrect questions in Quant and 22 in Verbal. (I don't understand)
I am trying to solve questions from the OG. I have 32 hours until the exam and I plan to utilize it wisely.
I could also use any last minute tips from your side.
Also, could I find any link explaining the GMAT scoring system, I am aware that its adaptive, but does it take any other factor into consideration?
