I have booked gmat offline exam ( old edition) on 24th january,2024. I read somewhere that there is no waiting period between gmat offline & gmat online. Even chat gpt says the same. So I wanted to ask if anyone knows, since the old edition of gmat won't be available after 31st january, can i give gmat online exam old edition on 31st ?
Currently, my 24th exam is scheduled so maybe thats why I cannot book gmat online now, but will i be able to book after 24th ?

Hi Rishabh.
In the past, there was no waiting period if you went from the in-person to online formats of the GMAT. However, now, there is a 16-day waiting period even if you go from one format to the other. So, you won't be able to take a GMAT in one format on the 24th and in the other format on the 31st.

Thanks for the clarity sir. I was clearly told on call recently by a GMAC customer care executive that there is no waiting period between offline & online gmat format. That is the reason I booked my gmat offline exam on 24th january else I would have booked it on 14th jan only so i could give another online exam on 31st january.
Also, I wanted to ask if you can guide me that if I am not satisfied with my score on 24th and I want to try again, then is GMAT focus a better option for me or Executive assessment test ?
