Hi All,
I had scheduled my GMAT Online test for 19th September 2020 9:15AM IST. I had logged in around 8:30AM IST but after that my check-in process did not get completed as the process was stuck on one of the steps. After waiting till 10:30 AM IST a message appeared that this exam cannot completed due to technical issues at Pearson's end and I would allowed rescheduling of test free of charge. I was also asked to fill a form on Pearson's website about this.
One week has passed, I have dropped emails to both GMAT & Pearson and yet to get response on this. Any advice on how to go forward on this.
anshu170494From the message that appeared on the screen or from the form that you filled, did you get any support ticket created.?
Than relying on emails, I advice you to avail the "Live Chat" option on the GMAC website and that would be the fastest way to reach them as you can get instant responses for your queries.
Tip: Try contacting them at around late evening in IST hours as that would be morning in US and if needed, support person can immediately contact program coordinators and get a resolution for you.
