Thank you for your response. Do you know in how many days do they answer and If I can reschedule my exam soon or date is limited with 16 days?
Since you did not take the test, you should be able to reschedule for sooner than 16 days from today.

Hi Helen,

I'm sorry to hear about the technical issues that you faced when you attempted to take the At-home GMAT; that must have been incredibly frustrating. Just to confirm though: did you choose NOT to take the GMAT at that time? Assuming that you chose not to, then it certainly sounds as though you will be granted a free, new Test Date if you ask for it (since a 1.5 hour wait due to techincal issues that were not your fault is not a reasonable situation for any Test-taker). If you did not take the Test, then you would not have to wait 16 days either. Since we're in the 'slow' time of the year for the GMAT, you might not have to wait too long to hear back from Customer Service (once you have submitted your complaint), although it's certainly possible that it could be a couple of days (or more).

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

In how many days did GMAT reply you?

I took the exam on sunday 29th and while I was doing the first section the system got frozen and I had to restart my computer and wait for 40 minutes until I can start doing the test again. I did "great" in the first section because this happenned when I was in the 31/36 question, but after that I entered in a hole and got my worst score ever in quant.

I sent an email when I finished, but they haven´t reply yet.

Hi HelenPetriashvili,

I would give the folks at GMAC a call ASAP to request a free retake. Let us know what they say when you reach them.
