Hi,
I took a GMAT online test in the morning today. I finished my Quant section and I urgently needed to got washroom because I couldn't control it. I even asked the proctor whether I could take a break and go to washroom . I asked him three times but there was no reply from him. Time was running out and Verbal section was about to begin So I did what any sane person will do. I went to washroom and came back within 30 seconds and immediately after I came , that proctor is saying me , you have breached the exam policy and your exam will be revoked. I said when I was asking him , where was he , why didn't he answer me that time . He just said your exam has been revoked, talk to customer care now. I contacted the Customer care just to know from them that some case has been created for me and they will 3-5 business days to investigate on it. My application dates are near , what the heck should I do now.
Above that , they are not even giving me any assurance whether I can reschedule or not. All those 200$ spent on the exam for what, just to end up in such situation.
If anyone has experience or has knowledge as to what can I do , pls help me . Can I schedule an exam at test center or what are my options?

I feel sorry to hear about your experience and now afraid of taking an online test. Experts bb, souvik101990 @E-gmat, GMATNinja please advise.

Hi Aniyo,
I'm sorry to hear about what you faced during the Official GMAT. One of the 'restrictions' of the At-home format is that you have to take the Quant and Verbal sections in one sitting, with NO break in-between those sections. Even if the Moderator had initially responded to you, you still would NOT have been allowed to leave the room at that time until after you had completed the Verbal section (at that point, there is an optional 5-minute break).
This recent Test has no impact on how you would schedule your Official GMAT at a Test Center - and you should be able to do so immediately if you choose to (and if there are available appointment slots).
