Hi everyone,
I first had my test scheduled on the 8th of August. I did the system check one day prior, everything seemed to be okay.
On the D-day, however, OnVue kept saying that "You have lost your internet connection. OnVUE is disabled until your connection is restored". In the end, I had my test rescheduled to 30th August because I keep getting the same error and my exam didn't start within 15 minutes of my appointment time.
Fast forward to the 30th, the same thing happened again! everything was okay during the system check, my internet connection was stable too, yet it keeps giving me this error. I have rescheduled my exam on the 3rd of September (third time's a charm I hope).
Anyone having the same issue with me?
I'm using mac, and had all the security settings set as instructed, turned off the firewall, disabled siri,etc.

Can you do a internet speed test, and check whether your Upload speed is good?
In my area, I have a download speed of 10mbps, but upload speed is around 0.17 mpbs.
The system passes the tests.
However, I am afraid that such upload speed can cause hindrances in the exam.

My download speed is 45~50mbps and upload speed is 8~10mbps.
Tested my upload speed to US server, it's 3.4mbps. It should've been sufficient I reckon?
