Hi. There are some interesting documentation rules for GMAT. They depend on your country of citizenship and not where you live. As a Vietnamese citizen, you will have to use your passport. You will not be able to use your American drivers license even though Americans can use it. Super weird.

Anyway, I this is really the GMAC‘s call. I would send them a copy of your passport and tell them to match it so that you’re able to take the test. Personally, it seems to me that the way your name is written should be acceptable already but I would send them a copy of the passport picture and let them deal with it. They are not super fast at the moment.

Thank you bb, I did get my name changed yesterday. When I upload my document, should I take a picture of my passport or my visa? Because my passport is in Vietnamese, and the order of my name is switched. While in the visa it's exactly the same thing

Did you get everything sorted out?

Yes I did, I called the customer service yesterday and they advised me to take the picture of the first page of my passport
