I encountered a technical issue that prevented me from starting my classical GMAT test. Unfortunately, this test option is only available until January 31st (four days from now). I've been unable to reach GMAC to clarify whether I can reschedule my test for tomorrow or even retake the classical GMAT before the deadline.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Does anyone know the typical timeframe for GMAC to provide instructions on how to proceed in such situations?

its unfortunate that you had to face this issue, ideally gmac will it self give you code , but I think that rescheduling of exam will be possible after 15 days only... check with gmac whether you can give exam before 31st Jan or not..

You should usually expect to hear within about 48 hours and sometimes a tiny bit sooner so I hope you have already heard from them and been able to reschedule your test 🙏

­Yes, i was able to reach them but i couldn't retake the Gmat.

They gave me a voucher but I will have to prepare myself to take the focus edition, and this pushes my application to the next round
