Hi, Are you referring to the tests where each section has like 20 question to be solved in 30mins? I am asking because I too have those paper test where there are lots of section with 20 question. They are pretty easy except probably the last question of every test.

Official GMAT material is good for general problem practice and to grow more comfortable with GMAT-style questions. But I would say that it's time to move on to other question sources after successfully completing the OG 12, OG Quant, and OG Verbal. The return of staying with OG questions decreases at this point. Good alternatives include the GMATClub tests and Jeff Sackmann's math sets.

Paper based test by their nature would generally have to be easier. In an electronic CAT test, the questions become increasingly more difficult (or less) as your aptitude level becomes apparent. I imagine this is hard to accomplish on a paper test, resulting in a broader spectrum of question difficulty (creating the perception that the test is easier.)
