Hi, I am facing an issue with GMAT payment system. On 1st of June 2025, I cancelled my auto recurring payment on GMAT Club, under manage subscription, but on 2nd of June 2025, auto payment of $29.99 was still deducted from my account. I am unable to understand how such random deductions are made.
Hi, I had the same situation. I canceled my subscription on May 29, and it worked—I wasn’t charged for the next month. It seems you may have canceled a bit too late. I think you should reach out to BB, the GMAT Club founder, or someone in charge to get it resolved. Good luck!

In most of the cases you have to cancel auto deduct before 24 hrs of next payment to avoid these type of situations. Best window is 24-48 hrs before the next deduction. You can contact the team on their official support email, they can help you in this situation. But if in the terms and conditions it is mentioned that you can't get refund you might have to use it for one more month. Hope it gets solved.

For any such payments, there is usually a window after which even if the subscription is cancelled, the payment goes through. You can reach out to BB to help get this resolved.
