Hi JackSparr0w,
There are plenty of different options when it comes to studying for the GMAT. It sounds like you've done a bit of research, but I'd like to know if you've done any other prep yet.
1) Have you take any FULL-LENGTH CATs yet? If so, then what were your scores (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
2) Have you done any study thus far (books, etc.)?
3) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
Most GMAT companies offer some type of free resources (practice problems, Trial Accounts, videos, etc.) so that you can "test out" a product before you buy it (we offer a free Trial at our website, so you should feel free to try it out). You should take advantage of ALL of them and see if what they're teaching helps you to answer any of the questions that might otherwise give you trouble. That "evidence" will go a long way to proving whether you should buy the product or not. In the end, you should choose the one that best matches your personality, timeline and budget.
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
