Hey Everyone,
I am taking my GMAT in about a month and am interested in the GMATPill program. I only need the Quant section and was wondering if anyone had any reviews whatsoever of the \$171 Quant Pill course. Thank you in advance everyone.

Edit: See my review here: http://gmatclub.com/reviews/gmat-pill-5

I was more wow'd by verbal but quant was pretty good too. The tutoring approach was effective for me. I thought Zeke gave very humble explanations and he didn't waste time. It was easy to jump around and study at my own pace, which I found as a big plus. Core frameworks were the best - I applied them to the OGs and got some good practice. It really helped me with positive/negative exponents and permutations.

At first I had trouble with the connection - I guess because videos take up a lot of bandwidth or my computer was slow. But once I changed browsers to Chrome somehow it seemed to load faster. Mb my internet explorer was outdated or something. It would be nice to have more practice questions, though the idea of the pill is to apply what you learn to OG questions.

I actually have a collection of resources: GMAT Pill, MGMAT books, Knewton, and the Official Guide. So I like GMAT Pill the most. I was actually studying at work haha. MGMAT is a good reference guide, a lot to read through but GMAT Pill is more like one-on-one tutor. You can absorb more and price is reasonable, IMO.

I'll be honest with you. The Quant Pill just is NOT at the same level as the Verbal pills. I found ManhattanGMAT and random quant notes to be better for me. The Data Sufficiency pill was ok and puts you into a good mindframe of remembering to tackle the SUFFICIENT part of the question, but other than that the Quant pill is pretty much if you have NOT had any experience with the GMAT so far

Thanks a lot for the reviews guys. I ended up purchasing the PS Pill by itself, but wasn't too happy it with it. It's not a bad source for some tips and tricks, but I think its mainly a supplemental study aid. Thanks again for the input.

Hi TargetPhD,

This is a very old post. Please keep in mind our Quant Program today is even better than it was in the past -- by a significant amount.

We now have:

[*] Higher quality videos with animated cursors and hand-drawn math explanations so you can see our real-time thought process and approach as we write down the math
[*] Video solutions for OG13 math questions: http://www.gmatpill.com/official-guide-gmat/
[*] Dedicated video sections for common topics (sequences, rates, combinatorics, etc) -- each with multiple variations around a core question so you know what to do if you see a similar-looking question with a slight twist to it <---this is how you really learn.
[*] HUNDREDS of extra practice questions throughout the course that were not there before -- each complete with video walkthrough explanations
[*] Bonus advanced material on more interesting/complex math scenarios -- such as poker probability -- for those interested.

[*] Mobile Access via iPad / iPhone / Anndroid apps with offline video download capability (search "gmat pill" in the app/play store)

Here are a few users who have shared testimonials with us -- including links to their official score report showing their quant improvement: http://www.gmatpill.com/testimonials/#tabs-3
