After nearly months of prepartion, i am still not getting good marks in my GMAT.
GMAT score : 500
Quant - 45
Verbal - 16
My Verbal is very bad. Have been working on it for months. I started reading the novels suggested in the forum jsut in hope that my english skill will improve. Have gone thoroughly through the OG11,OG12 ,Kaplan and Princeton guide. I created an errlog and went through them. Should i quit may be this is not for me? i do not want to do that. Have spent nearly several months hoping to crack it. There is not time also. I want to move on with my carrier.All my friends completed the GMAT in style. I also want to. I spent the last several weekends studying but nothing has improved. Please help.

Well, I can understand your frustration especially after all this intensive study.
I took GMAT before one month and scored 540 though I went through two month study, covered Kaplan, Princton and other books. I was scoring between 530-570 in Kaplan’s tests and around that with the Preps.
I am now going for another shot after one week. Hopefully I will pass 600.
I see that you are almost facing the same problem with Verbal Section. My advice for you is to try to focus more while studying. In other words, it doesn't matter how many books or exercises you cover as much as the level of understanding of the exercise itself.
Don't give it up. I guess long months of study can do an adverse effect. So try to put a one month calendar and sum up all what you went through previously.

Now the big question is what am i to do to improve. i am not sure.
Where should i start again? I am so confused. i am not able to think also. I know quitting is no solution. i should be abel to improve. Please let me know some plan so i can design it accroding to my studies. let us hope all goes well.
