Hello Everyone,

I am scheduled to take my GMAT Classic Test on Jan 31st here in Nepal.
The time in my mba(dot)com account is Jan 31, 2024, 8:15 AM as shown in the picture.

But, when I add that event to my Google Calendar using the website's feature, the time suddenly changes to 2:00 PM.

I am confused because GMAC's website is not showing the time zone. I don't want to go almost 6 hours early or miss my exam. What should I do? Did you guys have these issues before? How can I contact GMAT exam makers?

Hi. It seems like the GMAT appointment is showing a location and local time for the appointment….

I think you can trust that appointment time as well as the confirmation email rather than Google Calendar. it just may be Google calendar incorrectly reading the time zone or an issue related to calendars rather than appointment time problem.

PS. Looks like there are a few buttons and if you want more of a piece of mind, you can try clicking the other Calendar buttons 🤷‍♂️

PS. Also your Google meeting invite does not have a time zone written on it. Check that it has the correct time zone in the Google calendar meeting. Don’t assume that your calendar meeting will have your time zone because I have the situation where my Google calendar meeting had the correct time but it was displayed in the wrong time zone.
