Hi Ani,
Many GMATers are unhappy with their initial practice scores, but you really shouldn't be. That 370 is just a measure of your skills right now - and you've noted that you don't have any knowledge of the Exam yet (so it stands to reason that you'll perform better once you put in some study time). Raising a 370 to the point that you can consistently score 680 will take a lot of work though - and you'll have to make significant improvements to how you handle BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections. Thankfully, the GMAT is a consistent, predictable Exam, so you CAN train to score at a higher level.
With 4 months of consistent, guided study, you could potentially improve a great deal. Beyond your GMAT Score Goal, what is your current timeline:
1) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
2) Going forward, how many hours do you think you can consistently study each week?
