Hi all, I recently Gave my GMAT, and I scored a 720, Meanwhile I gave practice test 2 a day before the actual exam and scored a 770.
I was hoping that the scoring and difficulty of an official mock would be similar to the actual exam but it was way Off.
It might just be my experience, but i would still like to share it and ask if more people have experienced it.
PS. I did not attempt the exam earlier, I took it in exact same exam scenario. Took the exactly 2 8 minute breaks. and my exam day experience was not bad and there were no issue on that day too.
Please everyone share your views about this, I am curious because if this mock is a decent representation of my ability i will retake the GMAT or else i will make peace with my score.

What was the real bifurcation? and what section you found way off?

I'm beginning to think the GMAC tests are a bit easier than the real ones as I ran into the same issue recently as well. I got a 750 on CAT 1 a few days before the real deal where I scored a 710. Not a huge difference but still. Especially since I didn't experience test anxiety and performed normally
