Hi UkrHurricane.

Those questions you saw were from the official practice tests. So, you have likely seen many of the questions on the official practice tests and therefore may not get a realistic test experience by taking those tests.

It may still be somewhat useful to take the official practice tests, but it may be that, to practice dealing with the time pressure of the GMAT, you'll need to use some third-party practice tests.

Thank you for your reply.

I actually recently bought some CATs from MGMAT as the second option. Just hopped that in my case, the official tests would be of at least some use, now as an addition to the third-party ones.

Hi,

From all the research that I have done, the official exams are the closest to the real gmat experience.

Thousands of dollars are spent on every official question. So the quality of a real gmat question is unparalleled.

Even if you have seen certain questions before, I believe it is still worthwhile to do the official mocks as they are the closest that you will get to the real gmat.

You do not improve when you take a mock but they will really help you gauge where you stand in terms of subject knowledge, timing and pacing.
Make sure to use the official mocks wisely.
