Option which connects the statistics of living longer and the voluntary work. Now, the only option which connects both of these points is A. Other options do not connect these 2 points.

A using cause effect concept.
Argument says when A( volunteer) occurs, B(long life) happens. To attact this we bring in scenerio wich says even if A does not occurs B will still happen because eomething else C( being a women) is causing it.
So its a case of specific sample space error. Hope you understand what m trying to say
