looks to be C..

German speakers are also English Speakers..

OK, we need to find out ppl who speak 2 languages, i.e German-english, english-spanish and spanish-german

1)60 Only speak english..OK so we have 200=E+S - Both -0 but we dont know anything about German speakers..or those who speak none..
2) OK so we know we have 200-20=E+S-(both)-0

together we know that E=60, s=70; total members who speak E, G and S.. 180=60+70-Both
