I need to select an online institution from which I can study GMAT online with a mentor who can guide me on my strength or weakness. Not just self paced.

You could search to get a list of the companies that offer tutoring and then have a free consultation(most of them offer one).

As gchandana pointed out, you may be looking for private tutoring. This is different from just having a chat with someone who looks at some of your stats to give you broad advice.
