The answer should be C because if slope of line and X intercept is known, one can uniquely locate the line on plane and find out if it is intersecting the circle.

slope of the line is known but the intercept > 1 so the precise intercept isn't known.

Ans is C.
slope of line = intercept on y axis/intercept on x axis.
By 1 we know the slope on the x axis, using this and by 2 we know the intercept on y axis. Means this line will surely intercept the circle.

From 1, we know x intercept is >1, but the line could still intercept depending on y intercept and slope. Mathematically -c/m>1

From 2: m = -1/10

1+2: c>1/10

So, when c = 2/101, it wont intercept as the x intercept is already >1.
